Once your application is approved by the owner of the property, our office will contact you and let you know of the excellent news.
Upon your acceptance of the property, you will receive an email confirming your approval and the necessary steps required to secure the property.
To secure the property you will be asked to sign the Residential Tenancy Agreement for the property and to transfer the first month’s rent into our nominated bank account within twenty four (24) hours of your approval will be provided the details to do so.
Once we have received your first month’s rent, we will contact you and organize a time for all tenants that will be residing at the property to come into our office, pay the Bond money for the property whereby a Bond Lodgement receipt will be issued and then to sit down and sign the necessary documentation where we will issue you with the keys & any remote controls to the property.
